my life has spun a full 360. I've passed on some healthy habits to my family members.
Because I'm eating better, I'm also able to sleep a little better. I used to have a hard time deciding what to eat but it's different now because I know what I'll be eating at each meal
And I learned- well, I hadn’t had success in my laboratories relating to my diabetes. I feel that I have learned many things.
I have learned a lot and I am doing well. I had stones in gallbladder and was in a lot of pain. The change of diet has caused the pain to go away.
When I was diagnosed, I felt like my life was over. I feel worse when my sugar level goes down vs when it goes up. I wasn't checking the levels before so I didn't know how I was doing. I plan to continue everything I have learned here and get better.
